PRODUCERS ACADEMY WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS
June 6, 2007, Arlington, VA – The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) and PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) are pleased to announce that twenty filmmakers have been chosen to attend the seventh annual CPB/PBS Producers Workshop to be held at WGBH in Boston, June 16 – 22, 2007. The goal of the Producers Workshop is to engage a new talented pool of diverse producers in public broadcasting.
The Workshop received over 185 well-qualified applicants for this year’s seminar. The producers were chosen based on their work experience, professional goals, video presentations, current production projects, and recommendations from industry professionals.
